We’re looking for a proactive and talented Virtual Operations Assistant to join our team and help take our business to the next level! This is a remote role, ideal for candidates based in the Philippines who are ready to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management:
Provide chat teams with key information during shifts.
Oversee sales strategy execution and assist with locating and relaying content from our organized vault.
Use tools like Notion, Hubstaff,
Creative Campaign Management:
Brainstorm, develop, and implement engaging campaign ideas for content creators.
Collaborate with the social media team to create captions, hashtags, and schedule posts at optimal times.
Transfer and organize content across platforms like Google Drive, Notion, and CreatorHero for efficient execution.
Reporting & Feedback:
Track and update sales reports and team performance metrics.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for evaluation and planning.
Utilize CreatorHero to manage campaigns, analyze data, and optimize strategies.
Team Coordination & Communication:
Serve as the communication bridge between clients and chat teams.
Monitor team activity and quality using Hubstaff.
Conduct daily check-ins with tea
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Strong background in virtual assistance, team coordination, or related fields.
Skills: Proficient in:
Organizing tasks and projects using Notion.
Using CRMs like CreatorHero for managing operations and campaigns.
Tools like Canva to create professional presentations.
Leadership: A self-starter with team leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Hubstaff, Google Drive, and
Creativity: Ability to turn ideas into actionable plans and present them professionally.
