Job Description:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping businesses grow? Huddle Web Works, a growing digital agency specializing in web design and SEO for local businesses, is looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant - Executive Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Email Management: Organize and prioritize emails, respond to inquiries, and maintain efficient communication.
-Document Creation: Prepare, organize, and maintain clear, professional documents to support business operations and processes.
-Process Creation: Develop and document streamlined processes and workflows for business operations.
-Hiring Assistance: Assist with hiring and onboarding VA candidates for specific tasks, including marketing, content creation, and technical development.
-Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and other investigative tasks as needed.
-Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, file management, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication.
-Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, task management software (e.g., Asana), and email management tools.
-Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
-Experience in hiring or managing virtual teams is a plus.

Hours:
-Tasks will begin with 5–10 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as the business and role grows.
