Position: Full-Time eCommerce Support Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday/Saturday (8-hour shifts)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Manage eCommerce operations on Shopify: Order edits, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, return labels, and applying discounts.
Handle high-volume customer service tickets using Gorgias.
Collaborate with the team via Slack.
Ensure excellent customer experience through fast and efficient service.
Proactively suggest and implement improvements to processes.
Requirements:
Extensive eCommerce experience (Shopify is a must).
Familiarity with Gorgias for ticket management.
Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level).
Highly reliable, responsible, and responsive.
Proactive and committed to long-term growth and loyalty.
Willing to learn and adapt under coaching from our store manager.
