Shopify Lister - Long-Term Opportunity

We are forming a dynamic team to scale our operations, and we are on the lookout for a skilled Shopify Lister with proven experience in the Shopify dropshipping industry. This is a long-term role with exciting growth opportunities.

Position: Shopify Lister
Location: Remote
Availability: 6-8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week
Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shopify Lister to help streamline our product preparation and listing process. You must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to handle all aspects of product listing and preparation efficiently.

While the workload may initially be light as we are an emerging business, we are seeking someone who is eager to grow with us. If the listings perform well and the workflow improves, there will be opportunities to expand your role to include creating visual content for products, such as ad creatives using tools like Canva and PhotoRoom.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in Shopify (Essential)
Strong communication skills (Essential)
Experience with product research tools like AdSpy, Ecomhunt (Preferred)
Familiarity with workflows on tools like Trello or Monday.com (Essential)
Experience with communication platforms like Slack or Discord (Essential)
Prior experience in product preparation for advertising campaigns (Preferred)
Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, PhotoRoom, or similar (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Product Preparation: Prepare products for listing and advertising on social media platforms (starting with 5 products/day, scaling up as the business grows).
Team Communication: Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Workflow Monitoring: Stay aware of the entire process and ensure there are no delays.
Data Management: Update Google Sheets with product details and adhere to provided instructions.
Creative Support (Optional): Assist in creating visual content for ads and product promotions using tools like Canva or PhotoRoom if listings go well.
