About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager specializing in Reddit community engagement and content strategy. This full-time position requires deep knowledge of Reddit's ecosystem and proven success in building authentic community relationships.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive Reddit content strategies aligned with marketing objectives
- Create engaging, valuable content that genuinely contributes to subreddit communities
- Manage our brand presence across relevant subreddits while maintaining authenticity and transparency
- Post our affiliate products in other communities
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content strategy based on performance data
- Develop original written content including posts, comments, and community discussions

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years experience in social media management, particularly on Reddit
- Excellent writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different communities
- Strong understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and community guidelines
- Experience with content analytics and performance tracking
- Proven track record of growing online communities organically
- Knowledge of content marketing and SEO best practices
- Knowledge of incognito browsers + managing 50+ accounts

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with affiliate marketing
- Background in copywriting or content marketing
- Familiarity with content scheduling and management tools
- Understanding of social media marketing analytics
