As an Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with a content creator and coach to streamline operations, manage projects, and ensure that every detail is covered. This is a fully remote role offering flexibility and opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
Podcast Setup & Management
- Research and identify potential podcast guests who align with our niche and audience interests.
- Professionally reach out to guests on behalf of the host and manage all scheduling logistics.
- Prepare guest briefing notes, including background research and suggested discussion topics.
- Ensure seamless podcast recordings by coordinating logistics and testing tools like Riverside before sessions.
YouTube Channel Management
- Analyze YouTube analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Research trending topics, titles, and keywords to optimize video performance for SEO.
- Manage the video upload process, including creating engaging descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Develop regular performance reports and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
LinkedIn Content Strategy
- Research trending topics and audience preferences to create engaging LinkedIn posts.
- Draft and schedule posts that align with the coaching business and YouTube content strategy.
- Design and test LinkedIn ad campaigns to generate leads and expand our audience reach.
- Monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics to measure success and refine strategies.
Coaching Business Operations
- Manage
- Assist with job application tasks, including resume reviews and crafting cover letters using AI tools.
- Coordinate webinars, coaching sessions, and client follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.
- Develop templates for recurring tasks like contracts, welcome
General Administrative Support
- Source and hire freelance talent for specialized projects as needed.
- Anticipate operational needs and take initiative to solve problems before they arise.
