Customer Success & Sales Representative (E-commerce)

Remote | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 10am-7pm AEST/AEDT (40 hours)

We're looking for someone to join Elite Reformer in a key role supporting customer service, sales, and online admin tasks. Elite Reformer is an Australian online store, specialising in Pilates equipment and accessories. If you're passionate about delivering the best customer experience, this is the role for you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Provide amazing customer service. You'll respond to customer enquiries by email, phone, and live chat. You'll resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and high customer satisfaction.
* Build customer relationships. You'll build trust and loyalty with customers, and offer them a luxurious shopping experience.
* Fulfil & track orders. You'll fulfil orders with various suppliers. You'll also track order & delivery statuses, and keep customers up-to-date.
* Drive sales by helping customers find the best products for their Pilates needs. You'll also follow-up on abandoned checkouts to convert into sales.
* Know our products & services. You'll learn and master our Pilates products and services. With your knowledge, you'll provide expert advice and answer customer questions.
* Improve business operations. You'll be encouraged to suggest improvements across our online store and processes. We're always working hard to improve our efficiency and customer experience.
* Manage online store tasks. You’ll look after any other admin tasks required to run the online store smoothly. This includes requesting and publishing product reviews.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 1-2 years experience in e-commerce customer service and sales. Experience in selling high-ticket (AUD $1,000+) physical products such as fitness equipment is a plus!
* Strong communication skills and fluent in Australian English, both written and spoken. Having excellent (Australian English) grammar and phone etiquette is a must.
* Organised and have great attention to details (instructions on how to apply for this job is your first test!).
* Can manage multiple tasks effectively and document processes when needed.
* Goal-oriented and driven to close sales. You’re comfortable with upselling and cross-selling, or at least willing to learn them.
* Can handle complaints or complicated enquiries calmly and professionally.
* Ideally experienced with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and other online task management or CRM tools.
* Fast-learner who can quickly become an expert of our products and services to support our customers.
* Have a reliable Internet connection - this is critical for customer calls.
