Our flagship membership, 7 Figure Hotties, is a $47/month program for ambitious entrepreneurs ready to shift their mindset, gain valuable skills, and create thriving online businesses. We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Ads Manager to help us scale to new heights!

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Ads Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts, primarily focusing on Facebook and Instagram ads to grow our 7 Figure Hotties membership. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns that drive conversions and membership sign-ups, while ensuring our brand voice shines through in every ad.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute ad campaigns that promote the 7 Figure Hotties membership, driving sign-ups and engagement.
• Audience Targeting & Testing: Conduct detailed audience research, testing, and optimization to reach our ideal members and maximize ROI.
• Ad Creative & Copywriting: Collaborate with our creative team to craft compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our audience while staying true to our brand voice.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and make informed decisions on how to optimize for maximum results (lowering CPA, increasing ROAS, etc.).
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize the monthly ad spend to ensure cost-effective campaigns that meet our goals.
• Retargeting & Funnels: Create retargeting campaigns for leads and past visitors, and work alongside the team to ensure the marketing funnel is optimized for conversions.
• Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.

Who You Are:
• Experienced Ads Manager: You have a proven track record of running profitable Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Experience with memberships, courses, or subscription services is a plus.
• Analytical & Results-Driven: You live for the numbers and love digging into data to find the next best optimization or creative strategy to increase performance.
• Creative Marketer: You know how to write scroll-stopping ad copy and come up with fresh, attention-grabbing ad creatives.
• Organized & Efficient: You can juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and tasks without missing a beat.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: When you spot an issue, you’re quick to jump in, troubleshoot, and find a solution without waiting for direction.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with proven success in driving sales or subscriptions.
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and related analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting skills and experience crafting ad creative concepts.
• Comfortable analyzing data and using it to inform campaign decisions.
• Familiarity with retargeting strategies, pixel management, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, or other performance marketing platforms is a plus.

The Details:
• Contract Role: Monthly retainer rate based on experience.
• Remote Position: Fully remote with flexible hours, except for one 1-hour team meeting per week.
• Initial Trial: There will be an initial trial period of 30 days.

Success Metrics:
To ensure you’re achieving success in this role, we’ll measure performance based on the following key metrics:

• Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): Effectively lowering the cost per member sign-up for the 7 Figure Hotties membership.
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Achieving a strong return on every dollar spent on ads, with the goal of increasing profitability.
• Conversion Rate: Increasing the percentage of ad viewers who convert into members, through improved targeting, creative, and optimization strategies.
• Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Driving membership sign-ups with a focus on long-term retention, not just immediate sign-ups.
• Ad Engagement: Increasing ad engagement metrics like click-through rates (CTR) and interaction with creatives.
• Audience Growth: Expanding our reach to new audiences while improving the relevance of targeting through data analysis and testing.
