Full-Time 3D Character Designer & Animator for Crypto Project

We are looking for a full-time 3D Character Designer and Animator to join our team and bring to life a unique universe of 3D characters for our crypto project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, with the potential to expand into AR, gaming, and NFT ecosystems.

What We Need:
Initial Project:
Design 3 original 3D characters in simple yet dynamic poses, optimized for use in marketing materials.

Deliverables must include:
High-quality, production-ready 3D models.
All project files (e.g., Blender, Maya, or other relevant formats) for future modifications.

Long-Term Expansion:
Build a growing universe of characters with diverse personalities, designs, and traits.
Create a wide range of accessories, outfits, and customizable features for characters.
Develop scalable assets for AR filters, in-app integrations, and potential gaming environments.
Collaborate on the creation of an NFT collection, designing variations and traits for character series.

Future Use:
Ensure characters are adaptable for:
AR filters (Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
App integration, optimized for both performance and visual appeal.
Gaming environments, requiring compatibility with game engines (e.g., Unity or Unreal Engine).

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a professional with:
Proven experience in 3D character design and animation, with a focus on scalability and adaptability.
Knowledge of game modeling and reskinning, ensuring characters are optimized for game engines.
Experience creating assets for AR filters and app-based systems.
Familiarity with the NFT space, including the ability to design scalable character collections.
Strong understanding of rigging and animation, ensuring characters are fully functional for various use cases.
A creative vision to expand a universe of characters, accessories, and interactive features over time.
