Animator for Children's Educational YouTube Channel

We are seeking a creative and passionate animator to join our growing team for a new children’s educational YouTube channel. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing engaging, fun, and educational content for young audiences. We are looking for someone who is committed to a long-term collaboration and excited to grow with the channel as it evolves.

What We're Looking For:

Animation Expertise: Proficiency in creating high-quality cartoon animations that are bright, playful, and appealing to children aged 0-8.
Passion for Children’s Education: A genuine interest in creating educational content that is fun and impactful for kids.
Kid-Friendly Creativity: Experience crafting animations that are safe, age-appropriate, and engaging for young viewers.
Commitment to Growth: Someone willing to start with a modest budget and grow with the channel. As the channel becomes monetized, compensation will increase.
Reliability and Communication: Strong and consistent communication is a must. We are looking for someone who will stay in touch regularly, meet deadlines, and not disappear during the project.
Long-Term Vision: Someone ready to commit to being the primary animator for the channel for a minimum of one year.
Responsibilities:

Create animated videos, ranging from 3-7 minutes, that align with our magical kingdom theme and inclusive language.
Work closely with our team to bring creative ideas to life and make educational topics fun and engaging.
Help build the channel's foundation by creating 10-15 videos initially to kickstart its launch.
Compensation:

Pay is per video, starting at $50 per completed video initially. Rates will increase as the channel grows and becomes monetized.
