We are a ecommerce brand in the United Kingdom and we are looking to hire someone to full time to work 8 hours per day to handle the following tasks:

- inputting monthly sales data across 1000+ SKUs into sheets
- using the above data to work out average monthly sales and creating stock forecasts
- using the above data - suggesting purchase orders and required purchase quantities the company owner on a weekly basis.
- Liaising With suppliers in the UK and China to manage shipping time.
- updating sales and customer service team of delivery dates of key product lines.
- arranging delivery dates with our warehouse and logistics providers
- handling other admin tasks subject to time available to assist the company director (taking bits off his plate to free up his time).

Working Hours
You would be required to work 2pm to 10pm Philippines time. Please only apply if you can work these hours.

Experience

We would like you to have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, meaning that you have created stock forecasts before.

You should be able to show excellent attention to detail, such as the ability to work in front of spread sheets entering data daily - it it critical that the data is keyed correctly!

You should have experience in Microsoft 365 software, such as excel, word, outlook or the equivalent on Google like documents, sheets and Gmail.

Your should be familiar with communication by email with suppliers and staff members.

Training provided

We will provide full training on what we need and demonstrate to you examples of how the data should be.

You will be walked through the process but expected to learn it very quickly!
