Job Description: Website and CRM Specialist
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and tech-savvy Website and CRM Specialist based in the Philippines to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining our website, optimizing user experience, and overseeing CRM systems to ensure seamless customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management
Develop, update, and maintain the company website to ensure functionality, security, and performance.
Optimize website for mobile and desktop responsiveness.
Monitor and troubleshoot website issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Collaborate with content creators to update website content regularly.
Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs as needed.
CRM Management
Set up, configure, and maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Monitor and manage customer data within the CRM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection standards.
Develop workflows and automation to improve efficiency in customer interactions and lead management.
Generate reports and analytics from CRM data to support decision-making and strategy development.
Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.
Technical Support
Provide technical support for website and CRM-related queries and issues.
Collaborate with external developers or IT teams on advanced technical requirements.
Ensure regular backups of website and CRM data.
Project Management
Assist in website redesigns, migrations, or upgrades as needed.
Lead CRM improvement projects, including new integrations and feature rollouts.
Manage timelines and deliverables for website and CRM-related projects.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills
Proficiency in C platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Shopify).
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Experience with CRM systems like Click funnels, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with database management and integrations is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in website management and CRM administration.
Reliable computer setup and a stable internet connection.
