Job Post: Dispute Manager for E-commerce (Remote)

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for customer service and resolution management? We’re looking for a Dispute Manager to join our team and handle disputes for our e-commerce clients. In this role, you will work directly with customers and payment platforms like Klarna, PayPal, and Shopify to resolve disputes and chargebacks effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage disputes and chargebacks on Klarna, PayPal, and Shopify to ensure positive outcomes.
Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and find a solution that avoids escalation.
Prepare and submit documentation required by payment providers to support dispute resolution.
Analyze dispute patterns and recommend improvements to reduce future disputes.
Maintain accurate records of each case, tracking resolution progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to identify potential issues.
Requirements:

Proven experience in dispute or chargeback management, preferably within an e-commerce setting.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to reach amicable solutions with customers.
Familiarity with payment platforms (Klarna, PayPal) and Shopify dispute/chargeback processes.
Detail-oriented with the ability to document and track cases thoroughly.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Respond to disputes within 12 hours
