JOB OVERVIEW

This position is at the heart of managing the "engine" of Early Beginnings Wellness (EBW), a holistic wellness centre and online business committed to supporting family health and wellness.

Based on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada, EBW specializes in serving expectant parents, new parents, breastfeeding mothers, newborns, infants, and young children. Led by Christina Hamill, EBW combines hands-on therapeutic care with innovative online resources to deliver exceptional support for families.

The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing backend systems and has proven expertise in digital marketing. They are highly skilled in leveraging CRM platforms, automations, and AI tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business growth.

A key responsibility of this role is to manage, track, and optimize EBW's Go Plus CRM account, a powerful platform designed for Xperiencify Course Creators (NB: Go Plus has been carefully designed by Go High Level specifically for Xperiencify course creators). So you guessed it, this role also offers exciting opportunities to support the creation of gamified online courses using Xperiencify, which powers EBW's On-Demand learning programs (some video editing skills required).

Initially, you will lead the migration of EBW’s client roster from Jane App (the current booking platform) to Go Plus, ensuring data is organized and up-to-date. You will also set up and manage calendars, including the new calendar for in-person session appointments to provide a smooth booking experience for clients.

Good news! Both Go Plus and Xperiencify offer comprehensive tutorial libraries and open office hours to guide users. Furthermore, Christina has curated additional resources to support you in mastering these platforms and processes.
As the Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing EBW’s operational and digital strategies, ensuring seamless delivery of services while driving growth across both its brick-and-mortar and online offerings.

Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
Honest, loyal, and highly motivated.
Strong technical and organizational skills.
Prompt daily communication through WhatsApp.
Experienced with using Trello and keeping communication and workflows organized.
Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Go Plus/Go High Level, including syncing with social media accounts.
Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace and Google Chrome.
Advanced skills in Canva Pro, including AI features for creating: Lead magnets, landing pages, and sales pages, order pages, branded fillable Google worksheets, and branded newsletters.
Experience with Canva Pro's video features and CapCut Video Editor.
Familiarity with WordPress for occasional editing and blog posting (training available if needed).
Open to learning and working with Xperiencify.
Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Positive mindset and good sense of humour.

Part-Time Salary: $160-$200/week based on experience & skills
Part-Time Daily Working Hours: 2 hours/day with potential to grow to 8 hours/day
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Part-Time Working Hours 5:00-7:00 AM or 6:00-8:00 AM (PST) --negotiable if necessary
