Are you a meticulous, results-driven Certified Public Accountant (CPA) ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented and dedicated CPA to join our team. You'll be a key player in driving our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and delivering top-notch financial guidance to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Reporting: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting best practices.
Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits to verify financial efficiency, compliance, and policy adherence.
Tax Planning & Preparation: Provide strategic tax advice and prepare tax filings for individuals and businesses.
Advisory Services: Offer financial guidance on investments, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic matters.
Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to financial processes and controls for increased efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
CPA License: Must hold a valid CPA license.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounting roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, especially Excel.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ethics: Commitment to high ethical standards in financial management.
Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work night shifts as needed to accommodate international clients or project deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with international accounting standards and regulations.
Advanced knowledge of tax laws and procedures.
Familiarity with data analytics tools.
