JOB OVERVIEW

Pay: $6 per hour + monthly bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST

We are seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Account Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves serving as the primary communicator between clients and our internal team. You will manage client relationships, oversee the creation of email marketing strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding for new automation and retainer clients. If you have a passion for email marketing and a knack for organization and communication, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
Lead monthly email content strategy sessions with clients via Zoom.
Develop and present monthly email content calendars based on client goals and brand strategy.
Ensure timely and professional communication with clients via Slack and email.
Oversee the onboarding process for new Klaviyo automation and retainer clients.
Relay client feedback effectively to the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal team members to execute campaigns and automation strategies effectively.

Qualifications
Proven experience in eCommerce email marketing, with a strong understanding of Klaviyo.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in US English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.
Ability to collaborate and communicate client feedback effectively with team members.
Proficiency in creating detailed email marketing content calendars.
Familiarity with project management and communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana (or similar).
