Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
Lead monthly
Develop and present monthly
Ensure timely and professional communication with clients via Slack and
Oversee the onboarding process for new Klaviyo automation and retainer clients.
Relay client feedback effectively to the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal tea
Qualifications
Proven experience in eCommerce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in US English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.
Ability to collaborate and communicate client feedback effectively with tea
Proficiency in creating detailed
Familiarity with project management and communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana (or similar).
