We are seeking a PayPal Dispute Manager to help lower the dispute rate across our four dropshipping stores (currently at 3.42%, aiming for 1.8%). Your primary responsibility will be managing and resolving disputes on PayPal with a focus on driving measurable results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a dispute manager with evidence of reducing dispute rates across multiple stores.
- Expertise in creating compelling evidence and communication for dispute resolution.
- Ability to take full ownership of disputes, separate from the customer service team.
