TikTok Shop Outreach Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Outreach Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to our TikTok Shop strategy, as it focuses on engaging and building relationships with creators to drive success for our brand partners.

Responsibilities

Utilize a pre-approved templated message to reach out to creators on TikTok Shop, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Manage a daily outreach target of 300-500 messages, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in execution.
Follow-up with creators who express interest, escalating potential collaborations to the appropriate team members for further action.

Track and document all outreach activities, responses, and outcomes in an organized and efficient manner using internal tools or spreadsheets.

Collaborate with the TikTok Shop team to refine messaging strategies based on creator feedback and response rates.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok Shop features, trends, and best practices to ensure effective communication with creators.

Identify potential high-performing creators during the outreach process and flag them for priority follow-up.
Provide regular reports on outreach performance, including metrics such as response rates and engagement levels.

Requirements

- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proven ability to meet high-volume task targets while maintaining quality.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and TikTok as a platform; understanding of influencer marketing is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, or other tools for tracking outreach efforts.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Additional Information
