Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage and mentor team members while directly contributing to strategies that elevate our brand and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of campaigns.

- Act as a mentor to team members in roles such as content creation, analytics, and design.
- Represent the brand across digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, including niche-relevant events for the sales team.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.

Who You Are:
- A marketing professional with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, including team management.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics, SEO), content strategies, and social media.
- Experienced in lead generation and branding for B2B services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and capable of independently driving initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills.
