We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to assist with financial data entry and client payment communications. The role involves entering and managing payment-related data accurately and sending payment reminders, late payment notifications, and payment receipts to clients.
Attention to detail is absolutely critical for success in this role. If you are organized, reliable, and able to work independently, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and maintain financial data in spreadsheets or designated platforms.
Send timely and professional
Payment reminders.
Notifications of late payments.
Payment receipts.
Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and error-free.
Follow up with clients as needed regarding outstanding payments.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with care.
Provide updates or summaries on payment statuses as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Prior experience in financial data entry or client communication is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and communications is essential.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet daily deadlines.
Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with a professional tone.
Reliability: Consistently available at least every 2 business day (Mon-Wed-Fri) or (Mon and Thur only)
