Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, a strong understanding of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, and experience providing exceptional customer service on platforms like Amazon and eBay.
Key Responsibilities:
Phone Support: Answer inbound calls, handle customer inquiries, and provide support as needed.
PPC Management: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.) to increase traffic and conversions.
Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service for Amazon and eBay customers, including handling returns, inquiries, and product support.

Phone Skills: Must be comfortable answering and making phone calls. Clear communication skills are essential.
PPC Knowledge: Experience with PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Amazon Ads) and basic understanding of keywords, bidding, and campaign performance.
Customer Service Experience: Must have prior experience managing customer service on Amazon and eBay, including handling customer concerns, feedback, and resolving issues.
Reliable Internet: Fast and stable internet connection for efficient work and communication.
Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Amazon Seller Tools, or similar PPC platforms.
Previous experience working remotely or as a VA.
Working Hours:
Flexible hours, but must be available during certain business hours to handle calls and customer service tasks.
