Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in controlling direct messages (DMs), outbound messaging, and creating meaningful conversations with potential clients. You will be responsible for engaging with our audience, booking calls, and utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline communication. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent spoken and written English, as well as a passion for helping people and growing a business.
Key Responsibilities:
DM & Outbound Messaging:
Manage and control direct messages (DMs) across social media platforms (Instagram)
Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound messaging.
Engage in conversations, answer questions, and provide information about our services.
Conversation Creation & Engagement:
Create and maintain engaging conversations with leads, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
Qualify leads and set appointments for consultations or calls.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Booking Calls:
Schedule calls with potential clients and ensure they are prepared for their meetings.
Organize and manage appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders.
Using ChatGPT & Other AI Tools:
Leverage ChatGPT to automate responses, improve message efficiency, and streamline communication.
Use AI tools to assist in outreach and ensure content is tailored and engaging.
Communication & Reporting:
Maintain clear communication with the team about progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Report on DM engagement, lead conversion, and call bookings.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Proven experience in managing DMs and outbound messaging on social media.
Comfortable using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, to enhance communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create meaningful conversations.
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing.
