JOB OVERVIEW

We are an expanding legal marketing agency seeking a professional, driven, and efficient appointment setter to handle both phone calls and email follow-ups for legal leads. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational habits, and a commitment to delivering results.

The ideal candidate will call leads within 5 minutes of submission, follow a provided script to engage them, and secure appointments with lawyers. This is a long-term role with plenty of room for advancement if you demonstrate competency, hard work, and efficiency.

Working Hours:

You will work between 9 AM to 5 PM ET or 9 AM to 5 PM PST, depending on the requirements. Flexibility is a must.

Skills required:

- Exceptional spoken and written English
- Proven experience with appointment setting, particularly over the phone.
- Familiarity with email follow-up strategies and tools
- Confidence in engaging with warm leads and handling objections
- Knowledge of CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt conversations naturally
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks

Technical requirements:

- Laptop/Computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac)
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- A dedicated headset for clear phone calls
- Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms

Job roles include but are not limited to:

- Making prompt follow-up calls to leads within 5 minutes of submission
- Following a provided call script to engage and qualify leads
- Scheduling appointments between leads and lawyers
- Sending email templates to leads and following up as needed
- Tracking and updating lead progress in the CRM
