Full-Time Customer Service Specialist (E-commerce)

We’re hiring a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support our growing e-commerce client! If you’re passionate about helping customers and have experience with SEO and PPC, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service (e-commerce experience is a bonus).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies and tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: PHP 30,000+ (based on experience).
Shift: Full-time, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT (graveyard shift).
