Key Responsibilities:

SEO Expertise:

Manage ongoing SEO for a portfolio of 30 to 60 websites.
Develop and execute local SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns and creating blog posts for local businesses.
Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush, and implement continuous improvements.
Oversee content creation and optimization to boost rankings and lead generation.

WordPress Builds:

Manage the development of new websites designed to rank highly on Google.

Lead Generation Trials:

Oversee lead generation trials, including:
Setting up landing pages in WordPress.
Configuring CRMs and phone number forwarding.
Coordinating with the Google Ads team.
Collaborate on creating high-converting ad copy and landing pages.

Systems and Process Improvement:

Champion tools like Airtable, Twilio, and Make to optimize workflows.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SEO and related processes.
Continuously analyze and refine systems to improve efficiency and results.

Leadership & Training:

Mentor and train junior team members as the team grows.
Take ownership of project management to ensure timely delivery and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Expertise:

Proven experience in SEO, including technical, content strategy, and local link-building.
Proficiency with tools like Airtable, Twilio, Make, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

Project Management:

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in creating and optimizing workflows.

Communication:

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with team members and occasionally engage with clients.
Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with the trades industry or local business niches (helpful but not required).
