JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to handle our customer service operations and assist with content creator management for one of our ecommerce brand. This role offers increasing and consistent, long-term work for the right candidate. The brand is still growing, and we would love to onboard you during the early stages.

##Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with fulfillment agents regarding shipping updates and tracking
- Maintain organized records of content creator applications and communications
- Moderate and reply to comments on our social media platforms (FB and IG)

## Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with email management and customer service
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
- Reliable internet connection and backup power solution

## Provide

- We will provide you with a pdf/word with the basic SOP of the brand.

## Work Schedule

- 3-4 hours per day (for the time being; depending on the tasks given), Monday to Saturday
- Available during 9am to 5pm

## Rate:

- $4-6 usd/ hour (depending on efficiency)
