Job Description: We’re seeking an Experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee and manage the customer service operations for one of our stores, with the potential to take on additional stores as you grow with us. This role involves managing customer inquiries, disputes, refunds, and building a strong team to maintain a high standard of service. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in managing customer service for ecommerce, including handling PayPal disputes and hiring and training staff.
Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, including disputes, refunds, and returns.
Oversee communication with customers via email or chat to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with suppliers to address product or shipping issues promptly.
Recruit, train, and manage a growing customer service team.
Implement workflows to optimize efficiency and maintain consistent service standards.
Minimize refunds and disputes while improving customer retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service management within a dropshipping or ecommerce environment.
Hands-on expertise with platforms like PayPal and dispute resolution.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience hiring, training, and managing customer service staff.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
