JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking for an experienced Quoter/Appointment Setter Virtual Assistant and play a crucial role in connecting long-haul truckers and trucking company owners to specialized insurance solutions. The successful candidate will work with pre-qualified leads to schedule sales appointments and provide initial insurance quotes. Experience with Constant Contact and Hawksoft is preferred.

Part time, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m.–10 a.m. Mountain Time (graveyard shift in the Philippines)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling
- Make high-volume calls to truckers and trucking company owners who have opted in to receive information about insurance options.
- Use scripts and decision trees to ask qualifying questions and identify the client’s specific insurance needs (e.g., truck types, coverage requirements).
- Engage prospects with a friendly and professional approach to schedule appointments or provide initial insurance quotes.
- Collect detailed information, including vehicle details (VIN numbers), driver’s licenses, and business specifics, to prepare accurate insurance quotes.

2. Follow-Up Management
- Use established contact system to follow up with leads at specific intervals for optimal results.
- Reconnect with prospects at key intervals (e.g., 2 weeks, 30 days) to requalify their interest and gather updated information.
- Maintain consistent communication with potential clients to nurture relationships and build trust.

3. Data Entry and CRM Management
- Record all interactions and updates in Hawksoft, the trucking-specific CRM system.
- Accurately track lead progress through the sales funnel, ensuring all data is complete and up-to-date.

4. Email Campaign Assistance
- Use Constant Contact to send follow-up emails to potential clients, reinforcing phone interactions and providing additional information as needed.

5. Process Optimization (Bonus)
- Contribute to refining the hiring and onboarding processes to enhance team operations and efficiency.
- Assist in streamlining and organizing the sales process for better productivity and results.

6. Training and Development
- Attend training sessions and review materials or recordings to gain proficiency in systems, software, and sales techniques.

Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales (insurance industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hawksoft experience preferred).
- Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in email campaign tools such as Constant Contact.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
