We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with deep expertise in Facebook Ads to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:
As our Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns for our clients. You’ll work closely with our creative, data, and account management teams to develop paid media strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results. Your expertise will ensure high-performing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, increase ROI, and maximize brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute Facebook Ads campaigns across various DTC brands, optimizing performance to meet and exceed KPIs.
Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies in real-time to improve performance.
Develop audience targeting strategies to reach specific customer segments and maximize ad reach and relevance.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that drive conversions.
Monitor budgets, report on campaign performance, and make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
Implement A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid social advertising to ensure we are leveraging the most effective strategies.
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, providing them with insights and suggestions to improve their media buying strategy.
Requirements:

Proven experience in media buying with a strong focus on Facebook Ads, managing budgets across multiple accounts.
Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign setup, and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with other paid media platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
Experience with A/B testing, creative optimization, and funnel building.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering results for clients.
Bonus Skills:

Experience in scaling campaigns for eCommerce and DTC brands.
Familiarity with third-party tools for automation, optimization, and reporting (e.g., Supermetrics, AdEspresso).
Knowledge of additional social media advertising platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
