Job Title: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone and non-phone interactions. You will serve as a vital link between our company and our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing our reputation for excellent customer service.

5. Customer Education: Offer guidance, instructions, and information to customers to help them make informed decisions and use our products effectively.
6. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers and achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all interactions meet or exceed company standards for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
8. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, especially in cases of customer returns, refunds, or warranty claims.
9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other tea

Qualifications:
