E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated specialist to manage the backend operations of our Shopify store, ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage orders: Oversee order processing, track shipments, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Update spreadsheets: Maintain and update data for orders, inventory, and customer details.
• Communicate with suppliers: Handle communications with suppliers regarding stock, orders, and quality control.
• Customer support: Respond to customer inquiries via email/text/ and rarely phone, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience while selling more.
• Data entry: Maintain accurate records across multiple platforms and manage updates to our systems.
• Manage social media channels: Post stories, reels and engage with community (If you are creative and able to create great posts from the content we have, that's a great bonus, otherwise we will provide the posts and you just need to write captions and post them consistently or communicate with editors to get the content)

Requirements

• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar).
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Trello etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience handling customer support and supplier communications is a plus.
