Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for new customer service superstars to join our team at Proud Poppy Clothing. To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about providing exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond, is personalised and exceeds our community expectations on a daily basis. Working a minimum of 40 hours across a 7 day roster, with 2 days off - more hours can be offered but only at your request. Your english language skills will need to be a 10/10 and the ability to work autonomously and use your initiative will be exceptional. A love for womens fashion, a passion for empowering women and encouraging women to live their best lives is a must. You will not just be a "VA", you will be a valued extension of our team who will be encouraged to offer ideas, suggestions and play a key role in our growth strategy over the next few months and beyond.
