Hi there! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payments & Financial Operations Specialist to join Jason Kalambay’s team. If you’re skilled in managing financial processes, reconciling accounts, and ensuring seamless payment operations, this is the perfect role for you.

Jason is a passionate, driven entrepreneur, rooted in faith, with over 2M followers and two successful businesses. Based in Miami, he’s focused on scaling rapidly while keeping systems optimized for efficiency and impact. The business is growing quickly, and the goal is simple: keep financial operations smooth and error-free. You’ll be working alongside Jason (and me, his VA!) to handle all aspects of payments and financial tracking with precision.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage Payments: Oversee incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time.
Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Keep financial records up to date, reconcile bank statements, and monitor accounts for accuracy.
Expense Tracking: Organize and track business expenses to support budgeting and forecasting.
Financial Reporting: Create clear and concise financial reports to aid decision-making.
Optimize Processes: Identify areas where financial systems can be improved and streamline workflows for better efficiency.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with Jason and other team members to provide financial insights and support.
What We’re Looking For
Bookkeeping Expertise: Proven experience in bookkeeping and managing payments, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Financial Tools: Familiarity with tools and software for financial tracking and reporting.
Accuracy & Organization: A strong ability to manage financial data with accuracy and organize complex information effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies and suggest improvements to processes.
Proactive & Independent: You work well on your own and are motivated to take the lead without constant oversight.
