About Us:
Elevate is a real estate media company founded by Luke Andersen, providing photos, videos, and other media services to real estate agents in California. After over 11 years in the industry, Luke decided to start his own venture to gain more flexibility, especially to spend more time with his 2-year-old daughter. As the business continues to grow, we're looking to bring on a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can help manage key tasks. We need someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to begin by focusing on quality control from 8-10am PST Tuesday-Saturday, ensuring the final media products meet our standards before being delivered to clients. The VA will work closely with our editing team to communicate requests and submit media. As you become familiar with our workflow, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities such as social media management, client communication, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be available during 8-10am PST to start, but also free to eventually expand their hours to 4pm PST. There is room for growth as the company expands so we’re seeking someone with patience who is willing to take on more responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control on photos and videos before client delivery
- Communicate editing requests to photo and video editors.
- Help with social media content planning and scheduling
- Manage client communication and assist with scheduling
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow and client service

What We’re Looking For:
- First and foremost - someone with EXCELLENT and PROMPT communication.
- Someone able to work 8-10am PST to start. And ideally be able to expand into additional hours throughout the day until around 4pm PST.
- Someone available to work Tuesday through Saturday.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail, especially for quality control
- Ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities as the company grows
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with social media management or real estate services is a plus, but not required
