Photoshop Expert

I have a very busy portrait studio and I am looking for someone that has 3-5 years of experience doing high-end portrait retouching in Photoshop. I am currently working with another worker who does my color correction and AI edits, but some edits cannot be accomplished with a natural look using AI tools and need to be done by hand. This includes removing bunches of hair, using liquify to remove clothing bulges, fixing dry chapped skin, being able to tell acne from moles, removing bra straps, fixing bad gums and teeth, etc.

If you are qualified for this position and consider yourself an expert in high-end Photoshop retouching for portraits of humans (not real estate or cars), please send me some before/afters of your work.

If I feel you are qualified, I will send you several sample photos to edit, which I will pay you for ($5/hr) as a test to see your work. If I like your work, I will start sending you 5-15 hrs of work per week starting in late Jan 2025 when my studio reopens after the holidays.
