Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Agent

About Us:
My Home in Alaska is a growing real estate business dedicated to helping families and investors achieve their Real Estate investment goals. We value resourcefulness, attention to detail, and exceptional communication. We’re looking for a motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and help ensure seamless transactions and client experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Transaction Coordination
Manage real estate documents using software for document drafting and electronic signatures.
Track deadlines, ensure compliance with contracts, and provide updates on transaction statuses.
Ensure smooth communication with title companies, lenders, clients and other parties.
Schedule and confirm appointments for showings, and services as required.

MLS Listings
Input and update property listings on the MLS platform.
Research property details (e.g., zoning, lot size, school districts) using online tools and public records.
Marketing Support
Create high-quality marketing materials using Canva (e.g., flyers, brochures, and social media content).
Maintain branding consistency across all marketing platforms.
Post property specific marketing on Social Media

Lead Management
Use Lofty and Follow Up Boss to manage and organize leads.
Respond to inquiries and follow templates to communicate with potential clients.
Qualify leads and connect them with the agent when ready.


Email
& Document Organization
Respond to professional emails on behalf of the agent.
Sort and organize the agent’s inbox, ensuring no important messages are missed.
Upload and organize documents into the appropriate software systems.
Light bookkeeping tasks.

Reporting & Communication
Provide weekly transaction status reports.
Participate in weekly business review meetings to discuss progress, priorities, and challenges.

Qualifications:
Experience with Transaction Desk, MLS platforms, Lofty, or Follow Up Boss is preferred but not required (training will be provided for the right candidate).
Proficiency in Canva and an eye for creating appealing designs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written communication skills for professional email responses and client interactions.
Resourcefulness in conducting online research and solving problems independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay plus qualifying bonuses after 90 days
