Hi there! I’m helping Jason Kalambay find an Automation & Lead Management Expert to join the team. If you’re experienced with Zapier, ClickFunnels, Go High Level, Klaviyo, Notion, and WebinarJam, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Jason is a passionate, driven entrepreneur with over 2M followers and two successful businesses.
Based in Miami, he’s focused on scaling quickly while keeping systems optimized. You’ll be working alongside Jason (and me, his VA!) to set up workflows, track leads, and create email campaigns that drive results.

What You’ll Do

Automate workflows using Zapier and other tools.

Set up lead tracking systems to ensure no lead is left behind.

Build funnels in ClickFunnels and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo.

Organize projects and tasks using Notion.

Manage webinars in WebinarJam to drive conversions.

Integrate tools to work seamlessly and analyze performance to optimize processes.

What We’re Looking For

Automation Expertise: Skilled with Zapier and Go High Level to build workflows.


Email & Funnel Management: Experience with Klaviyo and ClickFunnels to create high-converting campaigns.

Lead Tracking & Organization: Ability to track leads and organize systems in Notion.

You’re proactive, independent, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
