Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pinterest Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing Pinterest marketing strategies for B2C businesses, with a strong understanding of how to market to audiences in the business and education sectors. This role involves creating engaging, high-quality content, managing Pinterest campaigns, and driving traffic to help achieve our company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Design and create visually appealing, optimized pins that align with the company’s branding and target audience
• Conduct keyword research and optimize pin descriptions for SEO
• Manage and grow Pinterest boards, ensuring they reflect the company’s goals and target markets
• Monitor Pinterest analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay updated on the latest Pinterest trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maximize campaign success
• Collaborate with the team to ensure Pinterest marketing aligns with broader marketing objectives and campaigns

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Pinterest Specialist or in a similar role, marketing for B2C companies
• Familiarity with the business and education sectors and the ability to create content that resonates with these audiences
• Proficiency with Pinterest tools and analytics platforms
• Strong graphic design skills and experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
• Knowledge of Pinterest SEO and best practices for driving traffic and conversions
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent written communication skills to craft engaging descriptions and calls-to-action
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred

Compensation:
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
