Automation & Workflow Expert for Growing Moving Company (CRM, Slack, Zapier Integration)

We are a fast-growing moving company in Toronto with ambitious goals to scale and streamline our operations. To support our growth, we’re looking for an Automation & Workflow Strategist to help us lay the foundation for an efficient, automated workflow. This role starts as a part-time gig but has the potential to grow into a full-time position as we scale.

The initial phase will focus on brainstorming, research, and planning to recommend the best CRM for our business needs. We know MoveIt Pro could be a future CRM option, but due to its higher monthly costs, we want to start with a cost-effective solution and plan for an upgrade.

You’ll also help integrate tools like Slack, Zapier, and potentially Make.com, to automate tasks and streamline operations. If you love solving operational challenges and creating workflows that scale with growth, this is the role for you!
