What You’ll Do:
Accurate Estimation: Use provided Scopes of Work to calculate labor, materials, and disposal costs with precision.
Material Calculation: Estimate material quantities and costs for roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior projects, factoring in waste and overage.
Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers to confirm pricing for materials and ensure estimates are up-to-date.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all estimates align with company quality and safety standards.
