Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho Inventory Specialist to set up and integrate our inventory management system with multiple e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. This role is essential to ensure seamless inventory tracking, order management, and multi-warehouse operations across our business. Responsibilities:
Zoho Inventory Setup: Configure Zoho Inventory to meet our business needs, including multi-warehouse management, barcode tracking, and inventory workflows.
Marketplace Integration: Integrate Zoho Inventory with the following platforms:
WooCommerce
Amazon
eBay
OnBuy
The Range
B&Q
ManoMano
API Development: Use APIs or tools like Zapier to create custom integrations for platforms that do not offer direct connections.
Order and Stock Management: Automate processes to sync orders, update stock levels, and track inventory movement in real time across all platforms.
QuickBooks Integration: Ensure seamless financial reconciliation by integrating Zoho Inventory with QuickBooks.
Barcode System Implementation: Design and implement a barcode system for efficient inventory tracking across two warehouses.
Customization and Reporting: Create tailored reports in Zoho Inventory to monitor sales performance, stock levels, spare parts tracking, and profitability.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-setup support, assist with any technical issues, and train staff as needed.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Zoho Inventory setup and integrations.
Strong knowledge of API development and integrations with e-commerce platforms.
Proven expertise in working with WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, The Range, B&Q, ManoMano, and similar marketplaces.
Familiarity with barcode systems and multi-warehouse inventory tracking.
Proficiency with automation tools like Zapier (preferred).
Experience integrating Zoho Inventory with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts and provide guidance if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or other Zoho apps.
Experience in custom coding (e.g., JavaScript or PHP) for handling complex workflows.
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools for inventory optimization.
