We focus on delivering top-quality creative solutions while maintaining a clear and organized workflow for both our team and clients. We're now looking for a skilled Project Manager to handle operations, allowing our creative lead to focus on the work that matters most—creative development.

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our design projects. Your role will involve managing client communication, tracking project timelines, allocating tasks, and ensuring smooth handovers between project phases. This position is ideal for someone comfortable with remote work, efficient in managing creative projects, and experienced in keeping both clients and team members on track.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of design projects (brand identity, animation, web design).
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities across team members, including designers, animators, and developers.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Maintain and refine processes and documentation to support smooth project management—including SOPs, email templates, and project guidelines.
• Provide weekly status updates to both clients and internal teams.
• Proactively identify risks or issues and suggest practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a creative or design-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.
• Proficiency with Asana.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep all balls in the air.
• Highly organized with a knack for improving processes.
• Familiarity with brand identity, animation, and web design projects is a plus.
