Job Description:
Complex Security Solutions is seeking a skilled and creative Website Manager to oversee the ongoing management, updates, creation of new pages and enhancement of our WordPress website. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with WordPress, coupled with skills in graphic design and SEO to ensure our site not only looks professional but also ranks well on search engines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Website Maintenance: Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to ensure security and functionality.
- Content Management: Create and manage content, including drafting new pages and updating existing ones to reflect current services, promotions, and company news.
- Graphic Design: Design visually appealing elements for the website, including banners, buttons, and other multimedia content to enhance user engagement.
- SEO Optimization: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, including keyword research, meta tags optimization, and content structuring.
- Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to track website performance, user behavior, and adjust strategies to improve site usability and engagement.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues related to site functionality, hosting, and domain management.
- Security: Ensure the website's security through regular updates, secure configurations, and monitoring for vulnerabilities.

Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of direct experience managing and developing WordPress sites, including Elementor themes and plugin customization.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS; knowledge of JavaScript or PHP is a plus.
- SEO knowledge with proven results in enhancing website visibility.
- At least 2 years of experience with Photoshop, Canva and Illustrator
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
