Commercail Real estate underwriter Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst. The position is ideal for a professional with 1-3 years of experience in creating cash flow models, underwriting, reading and interpreting commercial real estate leases, and profit & loss statements.

Proficiency in ARGUS/ U-right or different underwriting software software is a plus.

The person who fills this position will report directly to senior management of the team and participate in all aspects of property underwriting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze, review, and interpret various real estate documents, including operating statements, rent rolls, leases, budgets, loan documents and other valuation materials

• Create and utilize models to prepare pro forma cash flow projections and valuations for a variety of properties

• Research market conditions in support of financial underwriting assumptions

• Use databases to research rent and sales comparables as part of the valuation process

• Making outside calls as necessary to gather information

• Organization and coordination of due diligence materials throughout the transaction process
