Phone Sales Caller for Education Startup

Dentist Mind is looking for a new Virtual Assistant!

We are looking for a VA who can do phone calls (half the time) and general virtual assistance (the other half). Do not apply if you're looking for a simple VA job such as Live Chat, Customer Service. This job has lots of elements, but we will guide you through everything!

• Continual Work for at least Three Years
• Consistent Shifts - either 9am-2pm UK, or 3-8pm UK
• Friendly and welcoming team (most VAs have stayed for 3+ years!)
• Wage $5-10 per hour

We have 8 other VAs from the Phillipenes, and all of them have loved the job for many years. Feedback from the VAs has described the role: " it is very enjoyable yet challenging. I have lots of different responsibilities, but the team is very helpful and supportive throughout the day. I really love this job because it feels like a family, and we are helping provide education to students applying for medical school, so it is rewarding. I have to do different tasks - some are manual such as data entry, scheduling calls, but there are lots of protocols to follow. Other tasks are more creative, such as messaging customers to negotiate deals, answering queries from customers, and also writing summaries from call recordings.
