We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Appointment Setter Manager to join our growing team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of appointment setters and driving their performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
What you'll be doing
Team Management:
- Train and onboard new tea
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to develop team skills and knowledge.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve booked appointment targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Team Supervisor on the team development and KPIs.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Able to identify and prioritise lead distribution to the team.
- Coach the team on effective sales techniques, including objection handling and closing deals.
- Strong background in building scripts for the Appointment Setters.
KPI Tracking and Analysis:
- Track key performance indicators, such as call volume, talk time, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize team performance.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and improve Appointment Setter processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Experience in HubSpot is a plus!
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

This role will have 3 weeks of paid training. Refer to the information below for the training timeline.

- First Week: Dec 16 - 23
- Second Week: Jan 2 - 10
- Third Week: Jan 13 - 17
