We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and experience in lead generation. This role involves reaching out to 100–200 people daily on Facebook and Instagram, nurturing relationships, and closing warm leads during sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily outreach to 100–200 individuals on Facebook and Instagram.
Build rapport with leads and transition them into warm prospects.
Schedule and conduct sales calls to close warm leads effectively.
Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and lead generation.
Strong communication skills with a professional and well-spoken demeanor.
High level of autonomy and a strong work ethic.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram, for business outreach.
