Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist
Work Schedule: M-F, 9AM to 6PM EST (10PM to 7AM PHT)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll operations across the US, Canada, and the Philippines. This senior-level role demands expertise in multi-country payroll compliance, hands-on experience with payroll systems (specifically ADP Workforce Now), and advanced skills in timekeeping and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex payroll and timekeeping functions efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end payroll processing for employees in the US, Canada, and the Philippines.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll cycles (bi-weekly/monthly) while adhering to compliance standards.
Provide exceptional payroll and timekeeping support to employees.
Serve as the primary resource for resolving complex payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
Oversee and manage employee timekeeping processes, ensuring accurate and consistent time records.
Review and validate timesheets for discrepancies, ensuring alignment with payroll policies.
Address and resolve timekeeping issues and discrepancies.
Serve as the in-house expert for ADP payroll systems, including troubleshooting and optimizing system functionality.
Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements for all three regions.
Prepare for and assist with internal and external payroll and timekeeping audits.
Generate and analyze payroll and timekeeping reports to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve payroll and timekeeping efficiency.
Qualifications:
8+ years of multi-country payroll processing experience, with expertise in US, Canadian, and Philippine payroll.
Hands-on experience managing timekeeping systems and processes.
Advanced proficiency in ADP payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now experience required).
Strong background in both manual and system-driven payroll and timekeeping processes.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements for payroll and timekeeping in all three regions.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and payroll reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
