As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your primary role will be to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients to generate qualified leads and set up meetings for the sales team. You'll act as the first point of contact, playing a vital role in the growth and success of the company by driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through outbound calls,
- Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit for our solutions, and ensure they meet qualification criteria.
- Booking Discovery Meetings: Book a minimum of 15-20 qualified discovery meetings per month, contributing directly to the company's monthly revenue target.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to track and manage lead interactions, ensuring all sales activities are recorded accurately and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition from lead to opportunity.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and our solutions to position our offerings effectively.
- Engage in reactive prospecting (2 hours) and proactive sourcing (2 hours) to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Conduct targeted call blocks (2 hours) to connect with decision-makers.
- Manage tasks and meticulously update CRM with all interactions, ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights for the sales team.

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- A passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
- Your role will be crucial in paving the way for long-term business success by building a robust pipeline of qualified leads and helping our sales team convert them into valued customers.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales or business development, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused environment. Candidates with experience in cold calling and transactional sales cycles are preferred.

Compensation and Incentives:
- Compensation: Competitive base salary with a variable component tied to performance metrics, such as meetings booked and pipeline generated. Achieving 110%+ of meeting targets will make you eligible for additional monthly bonuses.
