Virtual Assistant Job Description
Position: Virtual Assistant – Lettings and Sales Support
Company: Best Nest
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break)
Salary: £1,300 per month
Benefits: 10 days of holiday, 5 sick days annually

At Best Nest, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional property management services, ensuring our tenants feel at home while helping landlords and investors achieve their goals. We're seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our lettings and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tenancy Management:
o Handle all data and processes for tenant move-ins and move-outs. Experience with Ten Ninety would be very valuable.
2. Social Media Management:
o Plan and execute social media campaigns, create evergreen content, and grow the brand's online presence.
o Maximise social media to attract new business.
3. Client and Tenant Engagement:
o Run surveys for tenants, landlords, and staff to gather feedback and insights.
o Respond to tenant inquiries and investor queries promptly and professionally.
4. Marketing and Advertising:
o Add property adverts to platforms like Spareroom, the company website, Rightmove, and Zoopla.
o Design and create leaflets, brochures, and promotional materials.
o Prepare monthly reports on business statistics.
5. Maintenance Coordination:
o Triage maintenance requests and support the General Manager with updates and communication on jobs.
6. Lead Conversion:
o Assist the sales and lettings team in converting leads into tenants, landlords, or vendors.
7. Investment Support:
o Create and upload investment packs, including spreadsheets, brochures, terms and conditions, and comparables.
o Conduct online property searches for potential purchases.
8. Mentoring Programme Support:
o Liaise with mentoring clients to provide materials and information as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience of using Ten Ninety
Experience with Hootsuite, Canva, and Active Campaign.
Knowledge of Google docs, sheets and presentations.
Abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Social media proficiency and marketing experience.
• A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
